How To Find Your Size

How do you know what size to order?

If you have a filter at the return air opening:

Simply order the size (W x H) printed on the filter.

If you do not have a filter at the return air opening:

Remove existing grille, if any
Measure the wall opening (W x H)
Order the size (W x H) closest to our listed sizes

What is the actual size of our metal housing?

Dimensions are denoted by the numbers after PGF or AGF:

Actual Width = first 2 numbers (in inches)
Actual Height = second 2 numbers (in inches) + ¼”

Example: PGF1625 metal housing will measure 16"W x 25-1/4"H

Will our metal housing fit properly into your wall opening?

Just make sure your opening is:

At least 1/16” larger than our metal housing
No more than 1" wider than our grille size
No more than 1" higher than our grille size

Example: PGF1625 will fit in openings up to 17”W x 26"H
