The Broan® Flex 110 CFM Fan paired with the Broan-NuTone® Sensaire™ Premium Humidity Sensing Switch is the latest upgrade bundle in Broan's line-up. This combo kit comes with a 110 CFM, 1.0 sone fan capable of properly ventilating almost any space. The kit also comes with a premium humidity sensing switch that uses Broan-NuTone's patented Sensaire™ technology to detect humidity in bathrooms up to 4x faster than the competition.
This is a room side installed fan, which means that no attic access is required to install the fan.
