If your Pfister Faucet is still under warranty, Please call Pfister customer service: 1-800-PFAUCET (1-800-732-8238).

Pfister's customer service staff is extremely helpful and will often send you Warranty Replacement Parts right away!

Need to Purchase a non-warranty replacement?

Are you not covered under warranty and you would like to purchase a replacement part? Follow these steps;

  1. It's easiest if you know what part number you need before this step. If you do not know the part number you need, please reach out to Pfister to verify you are out of warranty, and what part # is applicable to your needs.
  2. Locate your faucet or product that requires replacement parts within our online store. (If you already know your Faucets model, or your replacement part number, simply enter this into the search field.)
  3. Once you have located your product, please click on the "Replacement Parts".
  4. Choose the replacement part you are looking for and add how many you need to your cart for purchase.
