Cadet 3 Round-Front Two-Piece Toilet with Concealed Trapway, EverClean Surface, PowerWash Rim and Right Height Bowl - Includes Slow-Close Seat
First of all, Faucet Direct is wonderful. I'm remodeling a bathroom and have purchased a lot of products from them. They are wonderful to work with.
The toilet is not wonderful. If you look at the photo, it looks as if there is cap or plug that covers the hole needed to install the toilet. the toilet has a gaping hole on either side of the base. When I called American Standard, they said it did not come with any cap or plug. It sure looks like there is one in the picture. The other disappointment is that the toilet seat is very loose. My contractor has tightened it as much as possible and it still is unstable. Other than that, it is a nice toilet.

Rated Top Pick by Consumer Reports, and I agree...
First, one need not remove the toilet to remove/adjust the seat. Just lift lid and seat, press silver button on seat bottom, and lift the assembly off of the mounting posts.
Then, lift off the round dressing covers and the allen head bolts are accessible. When done just lower the seat assembly onto the posts until you hear the click.
Our two toilets came with flange access hole covers. We bought our toilets in November 2012. Maybe things were different on earlier production units.
This model works simply fantastic. Only 1.26GPF, excellent flush, exceptional clean design, and easy to clean. The porcelain finish is specialized to reduce germs and the need for cleaning.
No-tool installation went perfectly.
All in all very nice toilets. I'm a homeowner and not a pro.

This purchase finished our half bath remodel. It was the icing on the cake. The profile is so sleek and clean. The flush is awesome. We have five toilets in our home and would love to replace the other four with this high performance model. Dealing with faucet direct was also easy and convenient. When the toilet was first delivered the kind delivery man offered to move the boxes into the house for me. When he picked up the box holding the tank, the bottom fell out and the tank landed in pieces on the front porch. We were both shocked and found that there was so little glue holding the box bottom together that it was an accident waiting to happen. No one was at fault except the manufacturer. Faucet Direct took care of the problem with ease and new one was delivered within a week.

TO REPLACE OR TIGHTEN THE SEAT, ONE MUST REMOVE AND REINSTALL THE ENTIRE TOILET. THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THE BOLTS TO TIGHTEN THE SEAT WITHOUT RESEATING THE TOILET....HARDLY WHAT ONE WANTS TO DO TO REPLACE ONLY THE SEAT

Size specification was important to us....
Wanted to mention that one of the main reasons we bought these toilets was that we were adding a wainscot
of travertine to the wall behind the toilet. The travertine adds 1/2" of thickness to the wall directly behind the toilet.
Our old toilets had, respectively, 1/4" from back of tank to the wall and the other, 0" to the wall. Since we were about to add another 1/2" of travertine we looked for a toilet that we liked and had a more compact measurement from the center of the toilet flange bolts to the back of the toilet tank. This model was 5/8" more compact than our old toilets on that measurement. Result, we added the 1/2" of travertine on the wainscot, both toilets installed just fine, and we avoided costly moving of the floor plumbing or modifying the wall behind the toilets.
I know our situation was not the norm but there are probably other users who might want to tile the wall behind the toilet and face the same conflict we had.

We love it! it's so compact and narrow and easy to wipe down since it is skirted. Have been using it for about 3 months now with no issues. The toilet uses tiny amount of water but I've never had to flush twice!
