Trinsic Low Lead Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet
Not for me.....
When I opened the box after receiving the product I couldn't believe my eyes - this faucet is so huge it looks like a deadly weapon! I had looked at the specs, but they don't show the fact that the spout itself from where it comes out of the base to the tip is very large in diameter. It is also very tall, which I knew it would be but it's hard to tell if it will look good in the kitchen until seen in person. Also, I do not like the finish, which is more 'gunmetal' (bluish, almost) than stainless steel. I do not want the kitchen sink faucet to be the focal point of my kitchen so it will be going back. I would highly recommend FaucetDirect, however - great prices and excellent customer service.

Solid, great function
Overall I like this faucet--well made, feels solid when I'm using it, like the pull-down, which works well and the magnet makes it easy to replace. I was trying to find a very modern/sleek design without breaking the bank. This one was larger than I wanted (the curved "pipe" is fairly large in diameter), but the design is good. I do love the ability to switch between single stream and spray. Just check before you order that the size/height is the right scale for your kitchen as it does look big. I also found the placement of the on/off lever and the positions of hot/cold fairly easy to get used to.

Love the new faucet!
Love almost everything about the new faucet. Originally had the plumber mount it with the control on the right side of the faucet,as shown on the box. Then, after determining that controlling it was a bit awkward, had him rotate it to the front, which is much easier to regulate both temperature and pressure. Would have given it 5 stars, except Delta missed a golden opportunity to allow the customer to orient the control handle on the fixture, so that cold setting would be at 45 degrees, warm at 0 degrees and hot at -45 degrees. Can't do that because of the square fitting that can only be positioned in 1 place. Otherwise, really like the faucet. Especially like the magnet that allows the sprayer to fit quickly back into the faucet.

Simple Install, Great Faucet
I'm always slightly amused by instructions which are largely illustrations. These were pretty straightforward and the installation went fine. My wife was surprised that there was no cussing under the sink while I installed the faucet.
The nut that secures the faucet is a significant design improvement over the old style nut. This one snugs down using a couple of machine screws incorporated into the nut. You won't need a basin wrench to get it out, if you ever need to.
The handle extends 3.75" from the center line at the maximum hot position. If you install with the handle on the left, you will need at least that clearance to the back splash. The handle extends 3.25" from the center line to the side. These are handy dimensions to know if the dishwasher air gap or some other accessory is close the the mounting hole.

Lovely, but has a few flaws
I love the clean, modern look of this faucet and might even purchase it again if I had to do it over, but there are 2 things I wish I had known: 1) the on/off arm is narrow and can poke your hand if you push it at the wrong angle; and 2) the temperature is set up so that you push back for cold and pull forward for hot. I have 2 small kids who can barely reach the faucet and end up pulling the lever forward (to hot) to get it on. It would be much safer if it were set up that you pushed for hot and pulled for cold.

Love This Trinsic!
We are remodeling our kitchen and chose the polished chrome Trinsic. We found the faucet locally so we knew exactly what it looked like and are pleased with the appearance. It is a simple, contemporary design and will blend with almost any decor. The pull-down spray works very well and it is easily returned to the faucet head. It is a secure fit with the Magnatite docking. Having a high-arc spout is also very convenient. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this Delta faucet. It is a beauty! Ordering from Faucet Direct is easy. Shipping was very fast and it was packaged well.

Great Quality at good price
Bought Delta under advisement of several plumbers as all internals can be replaced easily in future if required. Bout this and a matching smaller one for my bar sink in my new kitchen. Sleek design looks great on kitchen island sink and the stainless steel finish matches appliances and fixtures really well, but without the smudges and watermarks that the stainless gets. Like the sturdy feel and the pull out sprayer moves very smoothly, love the magnet that snaps it back into place and cant understand why all the others don't do the same. Overall a great product at a reasonable price. Efficient service from Faucetdirect, processed mailed and received when they said it would be.Will use again for bathroom fixtures soon.

Easy to Install
Installation Instructions were clear and I have never spent so little time under the sink when installing a faucet. The new design used to tighten the faucet onto the counter works great and it is very fast and easy to do. Once you hand tighten it, you tighten two small bolts on the nut that pull it in tight. Amazingly I didn't have to go to a hardware store for anything. Took less than an hour to remove the old faucet and install the new.
My wife and I are both pleased with the looks of this faucet. It is large in size but we knew it would be and it fits our application well. The pull out spray works well and the magnetic head holds it solidly in place, but does not make it difficult to pull down. Would definitely recommend this faucet. Ordering was simple and the unit was delivered in 2 days. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the stream lined look and it works great. The hose retracts easily. The spray option stays on even after you turn the water off. My only concern when I first saw it was it seemed "supersize" relative to our 21 inch sink. But I'm used to it now. If I'd thought of it in time, I would have had the countertop installer drill a hole an inch or 2 further towards the wall (behind the sink) so that the arc of the faucet would be further away from the center of the sink, but again, now i'm used to it and it's great.

Looks good but I agree with another reviewer that the faucet handle is very narrow. The spray works well and overall it's probably a good faucet but within 1 month's use (not heavy use either) the handle started feeling loose and within a few days came right off in my hand. My husband thinks he can reattach it but it won't be easy. This situation is a pain especially after spending so much money on what I expected to be a quality product /construction and now we already have to make a repair to it.
