3.5" x 3.5" Plain Bearing 5/8" Radius Corners Mortise Hinge - Pair
They're hinges. They work.
What more is there to say?
We recently started replacing all of our door hinges to match the new knobs we installed. The process was simple and the hinges really do look great.

Does not close properly
Something is not right with this. We put them on our double french doors and now when closing the doors they knock together before closing. They used to close just fine before. When they are actually closed, the doors seem to sit in the correct position. Not sure exactly what the problem is, but I'm guessing the hinges are not tight enough some how. On the plus side, they look good. I am looking into returning or exchanging them but for the re-stocking fee it doesn't seem worth it.

A little tight
Product looks fine but the hinge is quite tight compared to name-brand products. However -- at the price and given the color availability it'll do.

Hinges look great
The hinges are well made and a good replacement for the old brass ones they will replace. The price was better than average.

Deltana S35R5 chrome finish hinges
My bathroom was complete, new paint, new fixtures, new windows, new hardware (everything chrome finished). Then I closed the door and the bathroom was not finished...I had forgotten about the brass hinges that held the door in the jamb. I tried to live with it but every time I went in & closed the door my eyes trained right to the door hinges. After about 3 weeks I couldn't stand it any more & started to look for 3.5"x3.5" chrome finish hinges with 5/8" radius corners. The new hinges fit in the mortised jambs perfectly, but I had neglected to check the gauge of thickness of the material used to make the new hinges. The new ones were made of a thinner gauge metal which made them sink to deep into the mortise. being a resourceful person I found some veneer in my shop, stripped a couple pieces and shimmed the hinge to fit flush into the door jamb, problem solved. The bathroom is now truly finished complete and the hinges blend in with the rest of the chrome finished hardware. I am pleased with the results. As I continue to remodel the rest of my home, when I need certain hardware or supplies I can't readily find at my local hardware store, Build.com is my first on-line search choice. I am sure that I will be purchasing more from them as I continue home improvements.
