Enigma-X Frameless Sliding Shower Door 60" x 76" - Reversible for Left or Right Install
Intense Installation but worth it!
This is a great product and looks and feels nice when completed. It is very functional and brings a classy look to your bathroom. The instructions read "This door is extremely heavy and requires professional installation." I am not a professional but, this door install is not for the weak nor inexperienced. Make sure you have a strong helper. It might be worth going to Harbor Freight and picking up a couple of their stronger (duel) suction cups to be able to muscle these heavy panes of glass around. I read all of the reviews and cautions regarding this product before purchase. Yes! Make sure you walls are plumb and true. Be extra cautious on installing the top rail to make sure it is level. The door will not slide smoothly if you don't get the top rail just right. The wall anchors (item 9) can fall into the wall cavity if your not careful. I had to replace them both with stronger metal anchors. If you're installing the plastic ones that come with the unit into solid wall, such as a stud, they will be alright, but the tabs may not grip the hole like you will need. The threshold on shower pan needs to be wide (the spec says 2 3/4"), You will need about 2" from the center of where you place the stationary glass, otherwise the Guide Block (Item 12) will extend into the shower. This may not be a problem for some, On my installation, the Marble trim on the outside of the shower was a limiting factor as to how far out on the threshold the stationary glass could be placed. In my case, the stationary glass was near center of the threshold of the shower pan. From this center point the Guide Block (item 12) projects about 2 inches into the shower space. This was is what determines where the sliding door will be placed. I'm OK with this Glass being an half inch inside the threshold, others may not be as happy. Plan on a long day for this install!

I am glad I went with this door
Even the fellow who installed the door, and works for a local company that makes this type of doors, said that the door I bought was of better quality, including the hardware.
