Allegro E Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet with Locking Spray Diverter
Cartridge plugged after 22 months, no directions
This faucet leaked last night, totally flooding our kitchen cabinet under the sink, after just 22 months of use. Hansgrohe has no customer support over the weekend, so we are without a faucet all weekend during this holiday season. Also, we talked with the distributor who sold us this faucet. It took them four hours to return my call. They said usually the problem with this faucet is the cartridge gets plugged up and that it helps to remove the cartridge and rinse it out. They told us that there was a detailed parts list online and detailed instructions on how to remove the cartridge. There is none of that on this web site, and we are still looking online. I would highly advise not to purchase this faucet, unless you're prepared to be out of a kitchen faucet for many days, very early in your ownership.

I purchased this faucet instead of another because of the reviews and am now very disappointed. The spray cord has to be stuffed back into the faucet and the spray feature itself is difficult to use. Lastly, I purchased the optic steel version and the finish is constantly spotted and dirty looking.

I am so happy with my new faucet. It seems very sturdy. I didn't have a sprayer before and just love the pull-out one. Plus, you don't even have to pull out the spray hose to use the spray feature. You can just press the button, and get spraying rather than streaming from the faucet. Also, even though it didn't mention it in the documentation, faucet swings side to side which is great. Keep in mind that the faucet is larger than it looks in the picture. But now I don't have to reach as far to wash dishes. We have a 33" single bowl sink. I guess it might overwhelm a smaller sink.

functional and good looking
this is a good functional faucet. Nice coverage for the big sink we have. All these that have the pull out heads seem to be based on the same mechanism - a weight fastened to the pull-out flex tubing. It gets caught up in the connections directly below, so you have to pull up and down a couple of times. Its not the installation as much as the design.
It works well, it looks very nice and I like it. I'd like to see a new design on the weight system some day.
I recommend it - and faucetdirect.com was a good supplier.

Beautiful Quality Faucet
This hansgrohe faucet looks beautiful in our black and steel kitchen. We replaced a Grohe (12-15 years old) and it seems the water pressure is improved and it just glides when turn it on and off. I love it!!

Exactly what I Wanted
When I read that the pull-out head is plastic, I was skeptical and remorseful that I had bought it. But I must say that when it arrived, I couldn't tell that it wasn't metal. It's exactly what I was looking for in appearance, performance, and dimensions. It arrived quickly as promised, and now four months later, I am very pleased with the purchase.

Best Faucet ever
Hansgrohe has done it again. Style and quality. We love our new faucet. Highly recommend.

The faucet is excellent (so far) functionality and in terms of design. It works smoothly. The spray setting is easy to use. And we have good clearance for tall pots. And the design fits in very well with the rest of our new kitchen. We should also add that the price was right. It was considerably less expensive than other attractive faucets.
