Well builtRough in is well built. be aware that if you intend to alter (I had to), the solder connections are made with very high temp solder. If you remove the cartridges to solder, make sure you re-align the ports in the packing with the rough in or flow will be affected. Faucet direct ofeered good price for product as listed, new in box.

Very dissapointed!I have been buying Moen products for many years and have always been satisfied. Not so, with this one. It was very poorly constructed. All of the angles in the soldered joints were way off. Some were so bad that I had to bend the incoming copper lines to get them to line up. I would have resoldered the joints myself but was afraid the heat would damage the plastic parts inside. Also, the materials used were low quality(pitting, oversized, etc), which is one reason the parts didn't line up. I emailed Moen but never received a reply. I would have returned it if I could have. I hope all of these valves aren't as bad as the one I received.

Measure firstShould have measured the spread before purchasing the 10" on center valve connection. I had to cut it down and re-solder it to cut the existing holes.
