Duralast Cartridge: An exciting new proprietary cartridge design that offers a smooth feel and reliable operation of a new faucet from the first use to the last use. This new cartridge combines innovative engineering and the highest quality materials. It surpasses conventional durability standards to withstand the toughest conditions, including hard water.
LifeShine Non-Tarnish Finish: Moen LifeShine finishes are guaranteed not to tarnish, corrode or flake off for the duration of their life. Providing the durability and wearability of chrome in a variety of beautiful, decorator-inspired finishes. The LifeShine finish is in the surface rather than on it, resulting in color stability for a lifetime. The PVD technique used also helps to eliminate hazardous by-products during manufacturing.
Pause Buttons: Moen’s patented pause button allows the home owner to interrupt the water flow while moving the spout outside the sink. The functionality makes these faucets ideal for watering plants, filling large pots and cleaning up.
Eco-Friendly Performance: To help make a difference on a global scale and further its role as industry leaders in eco-performance practices, Moen has established partnerships with a number of environmental organizations, including WaterSense. To embrace these ideals, many of Moen's faucets feature flow optimizing aerators; meaning they use less water, without sacrificing product performance.

Moen 7545 Reviews

Finish not lastingWe bought this faucet 3 years ago and we are now replacing it. I loved the look and the function at first but now the faucet does not rotate smoothly and the finish is pealing off from the bottom. While Moen stands behind their products, it is expensive to get a plumber out to repair or replace a part. He could not fix the rotation problem. So now we are going to have to go with another brand. Very disappointed.

a terrific purchaseI'm very pleased with this faucet, which I purchased to replace a Price Pfister that I'd suffered with for years.
PROS: (1) This faucet is gorgeous; every single person who's seen it has commented on it. (2) The water pressure is just right. (3) The pull-out feature is the smoothest by far of the three pull-out faucets I've ever owned. (4) The two different spray options are surprisingly useful.
CONS? (these things don't bother me, but might bother someone else): (1) It takes a tiny bit of extra effort to correctly seat the pull-out handle back in the base because there's a notch it fits into. It felt strange at first, but now it's second nature. (2) The faucet head does drip slightly when you reseat it. My old faucet did that if I'd used the spray function, but this one does it regardless of which function I use. Just so you know...
Great faucet, so glad I bought it, looking forward to many years of use that I've always experienced with Moen products.

Good at first but...Beautiful item. Worked great at first. Plastic "v" that holds the sprayer in the cradle wore out very quickly and is now broken off. Also, now the faucet is very difficult to turn from one side of the sink to the other. It is almost as if the rubber o ring that is between the bottom of the faucet and the counter top has expanded or something making it very very difficult to turn. I read this on another review as well. We have been in our new home only a year and a half. I would really expect a Moen product to hold up longer than this. I am looking to replace- thinking of going with something with more of an arched neck that rotates instead of the whole faucet rotating- hopefully this will solve the stiffening when rotating issue.

poor quality spray hoseThis is an OK faucet except for the spray hose. It is very stiff, which makes the spray handle difficult to pull out and move around in the sink area. The stiffness of the hose makes it hard to direct the spray, and if your hand slips on the handle, it springs back and water goes everywhere! You'd think for the price, Moen could include a decent flexible hose.

I am quite satisfied with the faucett. It arrived quickly,it was affordable and the installation instructions were good. It is as I pictured and it looks good. I find the spray buttons to be user friendly so....no complaints. The stainless steel can show water spots so it needs to be wiped down but probably no more so than the chrome finish.
It has a contemporary look but would look good in a traditional setting as well.
I had planned on purchasing a Grohe but this faucett was more within my budget and I have no regrets.

Kitchen Sink Faucet with pullout sprayWe purchased this for a rental unit we own. While I won't be using it full time I feel it will be easy to use. Our rental clients are usually 70 plus years old and the pullout sprayer is easy to get out (some I have used are really a hard pull out). The shine is nice. The sprayer has 2 settings which is a plus.

It's beautifulI just had the oil-rubbed bronze faucet installed & it's beautiful! So far, so good. Doesn't seem to have any leaky areas, the water stream is strong & I love the pull-out sprayer. It blends in well w/ my tan brown granite & cafe brown sink.
Mind you, it's only been a couple of weeks - but I'm sure it'll be fine.
