Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Pullout Spray from the Extensa Collection
Exemplary of backward product development
Had it for a month. Replaced an "identical" (I thought!) 10 yrs old unit by the same manufacturer which had performed satisfactorily for the duration. "Stainless steel" feels flimsy and plasticky, not solid as before. Hose is stiff and makes it difficult to pull out and turn around to spray-rinse the sink. Water must be flowing through smaller diameter conduits which restrict it since the jet is now very weak.
It's a shame Moen has downgraded the quality of this product... retaining its price. I had been so happy with its predecessor unit I ordered exactly the same thing. 'Will have to replace it with a better quality one... of another brand of course.

You Can Do Better
I have this faucet, and it is about six years old. Unless you put the handle in just the right position, it drips. It also has a very weak flow unless you have high water pressure, which we don't in Las Vegas. My other Moen faucets (bathroom sink, shower, and tub) work fine and have good flows.
I also do not like the way the hose hangs up on the turn-off valves under the sink--not an installation error. To switch from spay back to a steady stream, I have to turn the faucet off.
Overall, this has been an OK product, but you an do better. I intend to replace it soon, and it will be with a different faucet.

The Ivory Model Faucet perfectly matched my Ivory sink despite a Kohler brand.
It was a straightforward installation especially the adopted wrench for the nut anchor. It eliminated the use of my basin wrench.
The long connectors directly reached the water sources without difficulties.
No leak was observed and hope that it will stay like that until the life of the faucet.

Quality has declined
We recently replaced our 6 year old Moen Extensa kitchen faucet with the newest version of this same faucet, only to find that the quality of the construction has declined considerably. The materials do not appear to be as durable, and the stainless steel finish is not as glossy and bright. The extension hose is also less flexible and does not pull out or retract as smoothly. Due to the design of our countertop, we were limited to purchasing this faucet - and we received a very good price from FaucetDirect.com, but are somewhat disappointed that Moen has chosen to downgrade the materials on this faucet.

I had a great experience with FaucetDirect.com. I received my faucet in a timely manner. No issues with shipping or damage etc... I love the faucet, it works great and looks great too. I bought the Moen for the style and the reputation. A family member is a plumber and recommended Moen for the ease of getting replacement parts. He also recommended to be careful of purchasing these products in box stores because the manufacturers make look-a-likes at a lower quality to sell for less expensive. Overall I'm very pleased. I'm still getting used to the sprayer being a part of the faucet...I used to have the separate sprayer to the side and I really like the cleaner/modern look of one piece.

Be prepared to replace plastic parts once a year
I purchased my faucet in 2006/2007 for our kitchen sink and overall I have not had any major issues. If you purchase this faucet you cannot be real rough on the handle (No slamming the handle down). Most adults wouldn't be rough, but kids tend to be. There is a plastic connector attached to the adapter in the handle and it tends to crack/wear out about every 12 months. The connector is what allows the handle to rotate up and down. Granted this part (adapter/connector repair kit) is only $5.05, be prepared to replace this part about once a year. Be sure not to tighten so much that you crack it during the replacement. I have had my faucet about 4 years, so overall I am satisfied with the faucet.

Below Average Product
While I am satisfied with the look of the Moen faucet, I am quite unhappy with the weak flow of water that it gives. I realize that water savers are a part of most faucets now, and, in the past, the consumer could remove these if they so wished. Moen has made this one where it cannot be removed! The weak flow is not caused from poor water pressure because the faucet I had prior to this one had a strong flow of water. Also, I am not happy with the sprayer. It does not fit well in the "neck" of the faucet. I am truly disappointed in this Moen product and would not recoommend it to anyone.

Excellent faucet, Moen provides great support
Replaced a 15-year old Moen faucet with this model. Installation was really straight forward. Getting the old faucet out was the biggest challenge. Installing the new faucet was really straight forward. Only tricky part was making sure the faucet was perfectly centered so the 120 degree swivel was symmetrical. That took a little bit of experimenting but got it perfect after a few tries. The long flexible water supply hoses meant I could get rid of my old flexible supply hoses that connected the cooper supply in the old faucet to the water supply. Moen has always been great to us over the years with the lifetime warranty but it was time for a new look after 15 years.

Very expensive Drip
There was no issue ordering and receiving the Faucet from FaucetDirect. The issue is that after ordering and receiving and installing the faucet (by professional plumber) it drips. It's not a bad drip, maybe once every 15 seconds or so. But for the price I expect NO drips. Had the plumber come out and recheck his work. No issues. Called FaucetDirect and was told it's "warranty" issue. Call Moen. Great so now I have to waste my time making more phone calls and who knows what else.
It would have been much more desirable, had FaucetDirect had just sent a replacement, and then the defective one back to Moen.

Good lookiong but very poor quality
We installed 3 Grohe and 2 Hansgrohe faucets throughout our house and never had a problem. They still look as good as new, even the brushed Nickel surfaces in our bathrooms and function like a dream. As we were never disappointed by faucets we bought this Moen pull out faucet for our kitchen but got a nasty surprise. It was expertly installed by a plumber but started to leak after only 1 year. A plumber fixed it by tightening the rotating middle section but the more we had to tighten it to stop the leaks the more often we had to fix the problem. Finally we decided to buy another Grohe pull out. When the plumber pulled out the Moen faucet we noticed that they used a lot of plastic. In future we will stick to good engineering and don't go by looks.
