RUN! Don't walk away from this product!Purchased this product yesterday. It has a lot of plastic parts. When you get the thing installed you will find that there is a leak where the ball joint meets the drain plug. Now I know what your thinking. But you can't silicone it because the drain plug will not move. The answer start the DE-install process and return it. Now I have to choose a different one. What a waste of time. You got me once Moen never again.

bad product designAvoid the headaches with this faucet. We purchased 2 of these faucets because we we liked the look, but it has design problems. The pop-up valve being at an angle was a problem due to the sink bowl. I messed with it and got it to work, but it was tight. Additionally, with the thick plastic drain in the sink the water would not completely drain. There was 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide water ring around the drain trim. I called Moen and they suggested I purchase a metal drain. That was going to cost and additional 25-30 dollars. We pulled the faucets and will order the 6610 model, and hope it works out better. I do like Moen products this one is just a bad choice.

Very Bad FaucetBathroom remodeled less than three years ago. Two sets of these faucets were installed by a licensed plumber. One set drips already. Unbelievable.

water dripPurchased and had a plumber install the faucet 18 months ago during a bathroom remodel and the hot water faucet cartridge is dripping. This is a guest bathroom that does not get much use. I expected better from a Moen product. But it does have a life time guarantee so I can't complain about that and they are sending me a replacement cartridge at no cost..

I have read that the stopper pull on this model is slanted and gives problem with space between back splash and stopper pull. What can be done to help problem?
A. The only real solution would be to move the Moen CA84667 faucet forward, or if that is not an option to choose a different faucet where the pull rod does not angle back towards your backsplash.
