So disappointed - a lot of money down the drainThis is the 3rd moen faucet I have had and I hate it. All others were fine and I thought this would be the best but the water flow from the spout is so close to the back of the sink that it is hard to use and makes a mess on my counter. I ordered 3 of these and now that they are installed, I likely cannot return. I was going to order bathtub and another sink, but will not do so now.
Nothing else was changed except the faucet and with 2 other previous Moen faucets that were good, I would never have even thought this would be a problem.
Don't get caught ordering. I have in oil rubbed bronze and it is beautiful. Too bad I will always hate the faucet. Can't believe others have not had this problem, or don't realize the problem.

Like the LookWe purchased two of these faucets; one was installed on a pedestal sink and one on a marble-top vanity. The faucet looks fabulous in both locations. The handles have a nice feel. The faucet curves out enough so that when you're washing your hands, you do not hit the back of the sink; this was an important feature in our selection.

Love my new faucetsI looked at these faucets at a plumbing store. I loved them but not the price. After searching online I found faucet.com and found my Moen faucets on there. They were considerably less money at faucet.com. There was no shipping charge and I received them in two days. The only problem I had was, the drain assembly (all the underneath stuff) needed to be ordered separately and I didn't know that. I called and ordered the drain assembly and it came in two days. (Actually about one and a half). After adding the cost of the drain and faucet I still came out ahead. Thank you for my beautiful faucets at a wonderful price.

disappointedWe have had the same problem with the faucet in that it does not reach far enough out over the sink. Water spills all over the counter and then drips down the side of the vanity and onto the floor, soaking the baseboard and vanity legs. It has been a HUGE problem. I have looked all over to find a replacement that matches but I can't find one. I am going to have to pay to replace the tub faucet as well as replace this faucet so that everything will match. It is too bad because we love the look and the quality is wondeerful, just poorly designed.

High quality; great lookThis faucet is beautiful. Clean lines, visually attractive and so easy to install that even a child could do it. Only one tool required (included with the kit) to install the spout, and the handles easily installed by just hand tightening them into place. Whole thing took under 5 minutes. Quite the opposite of the work involved to install the required plumbing hookups under the sink.

Not that happyTo start the directions have NO words! In this case a picture is not worth 1000 words. I installed it with my dad who is a retired plumber and he had a hard time. It took about 2 hours to install. The counter top came with predrilled holes and the the faucet is awkward to use because it the water flows so close to the edge of the sink. I am really glad it was installed in a guest bathroom.

Moen Eva series faucetsPRO:
Products are good and solid. I've used them before on 2 other sink projects. Faucetdirect has always done well by me. I will continue to purchase from them.
I don't know if it's the crisscrossing of the flex lines or the actual faucet themselves, but the water flow is now less than what I had before. Maybe it's the low flow water spacer that's in these faucets. It's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. And when using a tankless water heater, every bit of water pressure/flow rate counts.
