The B561R one sided deadbolt is a versatile and economical Grade 2 deadbolt for use in medium duty commercial and heavy duty residential applications. This product includes a full size interchangeable core with a 6-pin solid brass Schlage C123 keyway. This one sided deadbolt is thrown and retraced by a key on the outside, has a blank plate on the inside and fits doors 1-5/8" to 2" thick with an adjustable 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset. Included is a standard metal dust box reinforcer and three 3" wood screws, 2 for the plate and 1 is installed inside the dust box. This strengthens the connection between the door jamb and the frame of your building, thus preventing most kick-ins. The 10% larger diameter bolt has an integrated steel insert to prevent sawing and the housing is one piece with an anti-pry shield.
