Monaco Keyed Entrance Handleset 4.6 5 8 9

Looks great I have yet to see how this holds up to the elements but looks great otherwise. I also got a great price on this being able to price match it to another site that was having a sale. January 2, 2011

Solid Handleset for the price The exterior handle & thumb latch are solid. The application was a new wood door pre-drilled. The installation took some fitting and adjusting before it finally was acceptable. In the end I had to omit the upsizing (2 1/8") collar on the deadbolt in order to have the deadbolt align with the handle. Although I worked to get the door edge plates flush the handleset still favored to the latch side. This issue was most likely caused by the door pre-drilling but it did not hurt the performance to remove the collar if you get into that situation. The deadbolt key slot took some adjusting on the exterior until it was plumb up and down. The interior deadbolt latch is solid and feels that way when you turn it. The andover knob was a mistake. We wanted the knob function and look but the knob is hollow and very cheap feeling. Go with a solid lever if you buy. I think we will be changing ours out in time. Another tip would be to keep a clean damp rag close as the oil rubbed finish can get on your hands and then on the door. It cleans up easily but just something to consider. December 2, 2010

Arrived quickly and looked exactly as hoped I am extremely happy with this front door hardware. The colors on this website are pretty good at representing the actual colors of the hardware because when it arrived it looked identical to the pictures on the site! Sleek, Stylish, and Top Quality This handle set exterior (it's not obvious, but the exterior and interior are sold separately) is really nice. It will fit any home with classic styling and is made from nice, heavy metal that will stand up to a beating from daily use. Also since the deadbolt cylinder is flush, it is a bit harder for someone to "grip and rip" when trying to break in (forbid!). November 6, 2008

Schlage Handleset The hand set is incredibly beautiful but is very tough to press down the handle latch with your thumb.....impossible actually. So this would not be a good choice for the elderly or people with small children. I am strong and need to use the palm of my hand in order to depress the lever - rather than my thumb. It's handsome - but hard to open. October 11, 2008

For your non-standard center to center measurement you will need to use a 2-piece handleset.

Is the matching interior handleset sold separately? Is there a matching dummy set available?
