Cooking

Cooktops  

Heritage gas cooktops feature 18,000 BTU burners with a tough, scratch resistant PermaClean™ finish. Solid die-cast knobs allow for precise temperature control so you can adjust the flame from a low simmer to high heat, and every setting in between. Wide, continuous platform grates easily accommodate large cookware.

TouchTop™  induction cooktops have touch-sensitive electronic controls so you can adjust the settings with a swipe of your finger. SenseTech detects and matches the size of your pots and pans to deliver heat where it’s needed. The bridge features lets you combine two heating zones for use with griddles and other oblong cookware.

Wall Ovens  

Heritage single and double wall ovens have six cooking modes, including convection, traditional baking, and broiling for the control you need to create perfect meals. Dehydrate, proof, and warm mode settings add even more flexibility. The convection system features a powerful 2200-watt heating element and fan to distribute heat evenly and reduce cooking time. The 3500-watt RapidHeat broiling element heats quickly and is designed to broil food evenly. For easy cleanup, these ovens have a hidden element, black porcelain oven walls, and GreenClean steam technology to remove light buildup without having to use harsh chemical cleaners. A self-cleaning mode is available for tougher messes. The doors are available in stainless steel and black glass finishes and feature SoftShut™ hinges to prevent slamming.

Ranges  

Heritage ranges are available in all-gas or dual-fuel models. These appliances are available in widths from 30- to 48-inches and include the best features from Dacor’s cooktops and ovens in one stylish unit.

Microwaves  

Available in wall, over-the-range, and countertop models, Heritage microwaves come with a variety of features to make meal prep easy. An innovative drawer microwave is designed to fit under the counter to free up your workspace.  The convection models are available for built-in and over-the-range installation and combine the convenience of microwave cooking with convection baking and broiling modes.

Warming Drawers  

Proof yeast doughs, or hold food at the perfect serving temperature in a Heritage warming drawer. Electronic controls make it easy to set the time and temp, so all of your dishes arrive at the table hot. Available in either a stainless steel finish, or a panel-ready version so you can match your existing cabinet fronts, there’s a model for every style.

Range Hoods  

Heritage stainless steel range hoods are designed to look stylish while providing excellent ventilation. Available in both wall-mounted and island models, the hoods include four-speed fans and integrated lighting. The filters are dishwasher safe for fast, easy cleanup.

Dishwashers   

Seven wash zones and six wash cycles are designed to get dishes sparkling clean. Special dedicated sprayers focus on cutlery, and cookware, and a three-part filtration system keeps food particles from sticking to dishes. Heritage dishwashers feature roomy interiors that can hold up to 14 place settings and EasyLoad(tm) racks that can be adjusted to fit each load. Choose from a stainless steel front, or a panel-ready model to match your cabinetry.

Refrigeration

French Door Refrigerators  

The layout of French-door refrigerators maximizes space and minimizes bending, stooping, and back strain. These appliances have a double door refrigerator positioned above the freezer, so the things you use most are easy to see and reach. The double-door design also means wider shelves, which are handy for long platters or large casserole dishes.

Heritage French-door refrigerators are available in a range of sizes and installation types. Innovative features found in these models include:

• Automatic Humidity Control Crispers keep fruits and vegetables in the perfect environment so they stay fresh longer.
• Slide and Fold Shelves quickly adjust to accommodate tall bottles and large containers.
• A 48-Ounce Interior Pitcher fills automatically. Use the infuser option to add the flavor of fresh fruit or herbs to your water.
• Transparent Freezer Drawers and Ice Bins allow you to check your inventory at a glance.
• Dual Icemakers provide a choice of standard cubes, or long-lasting cocktail ice.
• Integrated LED Lighting illuminates the interior so you can clearly see what you’ve got on hand.
• Panel-Ready Models are designed to accept a front panel to match your cabinetry and give your kitchen a polished, seamless look.
• Large Exterior Ice and Water Dispensers, available on some models, provide quick access to filtered ice and water.
• FreshZone™ Drawers feature four configurable sections with individual temperature settings so you can keep meats, beverages, dairy, and wine perfectly chilled.

Built-In Bottom Freezer Refrigerators

Designed to Innovative FlushFit™  hinges allow the door to swing freely when installed flush against walls or between cabinets. A unique FreshZone freezer compartment can be converted to a refrigerator section for extra fresh food storage.

Wine Refrigerator  

The Wine Cellar holds up to 46 bottles of your favorite vintage at the ideal temperature and humidity. Easyglide™ slide-out shelves are constructed of beechwood, which naturally absorbs vibration to prevent label abrasion. The dual-paned, UV-resistant tempered glass door protects wine from harmful UV rays.

Wine Dispensor

Dacor’s WineStation®  is an automated, temperature-controlled appliance that stores and dispenses up to four bottles of wine. The patented CleanPour™ taps protect the wine from oxidation and the argon-gas preservation system keeps open bottles fresh for up to 60 days.
