Double Cylinder Handleset
The deadbolt is thrown or retracted by a key from either side. This deadbolt needs a key for the interior and the exterior. The latch is retracted by a thumb piece from the outside or by the inside knob or lever.
- Double-cylinder locks on residences and any door in any structure which is used for egress are a safety hazard in times of emergency, and their use is not recommended. Installation should be in accordance with existing codes only.
- Faceplates (Part 16-235): Supplied with 1/4" Round Corner, Square Corner and Drive-In Faceplates
- Strike Plates (Part 10-248): Supplied with a Round Corner Deadbolt Strike (10-094), Square Corner Full Lip Strike Plate and Round Corner Full Lip Strike Plate (10-063) with Dimensions of 2-1/4" x 1-5/8"
