Since introducing the first professional range in 1916, Thermador has built its appliance brand on the pillars of innovation, performance, and design.The latest additions their appliance portfolio  — the Professional Series and Masterpiece® Series — mark the beginning of what Thermador calls, “a new culinary era.”

Home Connect™ 

Enabled Thermador appliances can be controlled from any connected device with the Home Connect™ app. Home Connect™ also works with Nest, Amazon Alexa, and EVE for Tesla.

WiFi Appliance Control

• Ovens and Ranges: preheat, adjust the temp, and get notifications remotely.
• Coffee Makers: automatically brew specialty drinks, and preset menus for the types you like most.
• Refrigerators: adjust temperature, and get notifications when the door is open or the water filter needs to be changed.
• Dishwashers: select the dishwashing cycle, start the appliance remotely, and even order detergent from the app. 
• Induction Cooktops:  monitor the status of the cooktop from the app, and synchronize the cooktop with the ventilation hood
• Range Hoods: Hood Sync can set the hood to automatically start when the cooktop is turned on, and adjust the blower speed based on the amount of heat sensed.

Find exclusive culinary content on the Home Connect™ app, including detailed food information, recipes, and cooking techniques. You can also learn about wines, how to serve them, and which pairs best with any recipe through the Thermador Wine Pairing feature.

Cooking Appliances

Induction Cooktops

The entire surface of the Freedom® Induction Cooktop is usable as one large cooktop, providing ultimate flexibility for cooking with oversized pans, or preparing multiple dishes at once. The cooktop automatically senses the size and shape of cookware placed on its surface, and transfers programmed settings when an individual piece of cookware is moved. And, with the Sapphire Glow™ visual feedback light, you’ll be able to tell at a glance if a pot is heated.

The Freedom® induction cooktops have a number of unique options and innovative features — from specially designed teppanyaki griddles, to touch-screen controls with full-color display. The cooktops also can be synced with the matching hood through the Home Connect™ app.

Gas Cooktops 

Star® Burners

Thermador’s patented gas burner design is a standout both in looks and function. The arms of the star shape create a perimeter nearly twice as long as a conventional round burner, so there’s room for more flame ports. The heat is directed outward from the center of the pan for better distribution and efficiency. Precise temperature control ranges from extreme lows to highs — the ExtraLow® Select feature cycles the burner off and on to maintain a very low temp, and at full power, the burner can boil water in a fraction of the time of conventional ranges.

Convection Ovens

Thermador Select and Deluxe convection ovens come with 14 or 16 preset cooking modes, soft-close hinge doors, and telescopic racks. Use with the Home Connect™ app to start the oven remotely, and get notified when your food is ready. 

Steam Ovens 

Steam convection distributes hot air evenly while preserving flavor and moisture. Thermador Steam Ovens have the largest capacity available in a 30-inch oven, and can cook a 14-pound turkey in just 90 minutes. 

Speed Ovens 

Combining the features of convection baking, broiling, and microwaving, Thermador Speed Ovens have ten power levels and 36 preset cooking programs for ultimate convenience. 

Pro Ranges 

Ranges combine both a cooktop and oven in one unit. The newest additions to Thermador's collection offer a variety of configurations to meet the demands of home cooks and professional chefs. Every pro range includes Thermador’s exclusive Star® burners, precision temperature control from ExtraLow® simmer to quick heat, true convection cooking, a full-color touchscreen display, and connectivity with the Home Connect® app.

Pro Harmony® Ranges

Available in 30”, 36”, or 48” widths, these counter-depth ranges sit flush with surrounding cabinetry. 

Pro Grand® Ranges

Available in 36”, 48”, or 60” widths, these commercial-depth ranges include Pedestal Star® burners with a griddle and grill, and ovens that are roomy enough to hold large, professional sheet pans.

Under-Counter Refrigeration

The collection of under-counter units includes wine refrigerators with dual cooling zones, Energy Star certified double drawer refrigerators, freezer drawers with automatic ice makers, and special features like SoftClose® drawers, and open-door alarms. 

Freedom® Column Refrigeration Collection

Specialized column refrigeration units include refrigerators, wine columns, and freezers, so you can customize your refrigeration for the way you store food and beverages. 

24” Wine Columns

Store up to 99 bottles of wine at the ideal temperature in three different cooling zones. Thermador wine columns feature UV-protection glass doors, a presentation shelf, and wooden dowels for stability. Get exclusive wine content, including information on wine varieties, and wine pairing recommendations, with the Home Connect® app 

30” Built-In Fresh Food Column

Special zones include humidity and temperature control to keep produce fresher longer,  and the energy efficient Cool Air Flow technology evenly distributes cold air via a quiet fan. Thermador fresh food columns also include push/pull auto-door opening, and interior theater lighting.

Freezers

Both the 18” Built-In Freezer Column and the 36” Built-In Bottom Freezer feature Auto Door Opening, Cool Air Flow technology, soft-close drawers, and full-width ice drawers. Pair with the Home Connect® app to control the temperature, get open-door alerts, or set your unit to vacation mode.

Dishwashers

Star-Sapphire Dishwasher

This premium dishwasher includes a push-to-open door for easy loading, the Star Speed® 20-minute hot water cycle, large capacity to hold up to 24 wine glasses, and an Entertainer’s Drawer with extra clearance for large or bulky items. There’s also a StarGlow illumination system that lets you change the color of the interior lights. For ultimate drying, the exclusive StarDry™ program radiates heat to thoroughly eliminate moisture without chemicals. 

Entertainer’s Dishwasher

Designed to care for delicate glassware and bar tools, the Entertainer’s Dishwasher is the go-to cleanup appliance after cocktail and dinner parties. The racks are fully adjustable and don’t have tines, so you can load the dishwasher full of stemware. It will hold up to 26 large wine glasses, and even more small stems. The gentle cycle cleans items that you’d normally have to wash by hand.
