The True Blue Protection Plan gives our customers confidence in the major appliances they purchase from us. Your plan goes into effect on the same day as the manufacturer’s warranty. True Blue Offers Appliances Coverage and Services You Can Count On

  • $250 food spoilage protection per appliance over the life of the plan
  • Coverage on failures due to power surges
  • Unlimited service calls on covered repairs
  • Transferable coverage (fee applies)

Food Loss

To receive coverage for food loss, the failure of your refrigerator or freezer must be due to defect in the components of the appliance, excluding icemaker repairs. You will be reimbursed up to $250 per qualified service repair.

Power Surge Protection

Coverage begins day one and protects the covered product against damage or defects caused by a power surge, up to a maximum of the replacement cost of the product.

Laundry Credit

If we are unable to repair/replace your washing machine or dryer within 7 business days from the date a complete claim is filed, you are eligible for up to $100 per qualified service repair in laundry cost reimbursement. (5 year plans only)

Dine-Out Credit

If we are unable to repair/replace your range or cooktop within (7) business days from the date a complete claim is filed, you are eligible for up to $100 per qualified service repair in eating-out costs. (5 year plans only)

No Deductible

No hidden costs or deductibles - you will not pay any additional money out of your pocket for covered service.

Nationwide Service

Service is convenient and worry-free; you can receive service anywhere in the continental Unites States, Alaska and Hawaii.

No Lemon

If a fourth repair is required for the same problem after expiration of the manufacturer warranty period, the covered product will be replaced with a product of like kind and quality up to the contract Limit of Liability.
