Order Tracking

Track your order online.

 

Here are the various types of status your order may go through while it's being processed.

Order Pending Processing:

  • Order is recorded and payment is verified
  • Order is not yet processed for shipment
  • Orders can usually be changed or cancelled

 

Processing at Warehouse:

  • Order is processed and at one or more warehouses for shipment
  • Any change or cancellation must be requested
  • If change or cancellation is requested, confirmation from shipping warehouse(s) will enact change or cancellation

 

Shipped:

  • Order is confirmed as having left the warehouse(s)
  • Tracking numbers and shipping company are provided
  • You receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers within 1-2 days

 

Multiple Shipments:

  • Order is broken into separate shipments
  • You receive status for each shipment (including those shipped and backordered)

 

Backordered:

  • We weren't able to obtain all or a portion of your order
  • Order is confirmed as placed with manufacturer or in queue at warehouse
  • Items are considered purchased and a request for cancellation can be made if the items haven't yet shipped
