Order Tracking
Here are the various types of status your order may go through while it's being processed.
Order Pending Processing:
- Order is recorded and payment is verified
- Order is not yet processed for shipment
- Orders can usually be changed or cancelled
Processing at Warehouse:
- Order is processed and at one or more warehouses for shipment
- Any change or cancellation must be requested
- If change or cancellation is requested, confirmation from shipping warehouse(s) will enact change or cancellation
Shipped:
- Order is confirmed as having left the warehouse(s)
- Tracking numbers and shipping company are provided
- You receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers within 1-2 days
Multiple Shipments:
- Order is broken into separate shipments
- You receive status for each shipment (including those shipped and backordered)
Backordered:
- We weren't able to obtain all or a portion of your order
- Order is confirmed as placed with manufacturer or in queue at warehouse
- Items are considered purchased and a request for cancellation can be made if the items haven't yet shipped
